Our Physiotherapists help to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. We help those experiencing general aches & pains, sporting injuries, long-term medical conditions and recovery from surgery. We provide our 3-step process Assessment-Analysis-Action (Link to the Physio services page) to determine the root cause of your symptoms so we can implement the most effective plan to get you better!
We recommend Sports massage to those who aren’t necessarily limited by their symptoms, but would like to continue performing their current hobbies or activities, as our Sports Therapists won’t provide an injury assessment but will provide hands-on soft tissue massage techniques aimed at providing some short term benefits to support recovery and reduce risk of injury moving forward. Fantastic for those who exercise heavily, or are keeping a long term issue at bay. (Link to Sports therapy page)
How much does it cost?
See our Pricing Page which will give you a breakdown of our fees for our Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Appointments, as well as our Classes.

What do I need to wear?
When attending for a Physiotherapy appointment please bring or dress in comfortable, loose clothing, ideally shorts and t-shirt, where we can easily expose relevant body areas relating to your symptoms.

How many appointments will I need?
This is very much dependant on factors that we find in your assessment, such as the duration of your symptoms, the severity of the injury, your age and health, and what you want to get back to doing.
Our aim is simply to help you achieve your goals, and we will talk you through the steps to recovery which may give you some guidance on expected appointments (see link to Blog on Stages of Recovery), but this is completely different in everyone.
We will be entirely transparent from the beginning and you will leave your first appointment with reassurance, clarity and realistic expectations!
