Group Classes

Our classes are a fun, welcoming environment, that accommodates almost all abilities. We are based at Blueprint Training (opposite Howdens) on Weir Lane, Lower Wick, WR2 4AY. An email and text confirmation will provide all the necessary guidance on how to find us!

Our Pilates suite is situated on the first floor of the building (lift access available) whilst toilet and changing facilities are located downstairs. We simply ask that you wear suitable clothing, bring your own Pilates mat (we have spares if you forget) and bring a water bottle.

Parking is available in front of the building and we have authorised parking round the corner at Lowerwick Swimming Pool (just remember to input your registration details in the monitor when you enter the Gym).

On the rare occasion that the main building door is locked at the time of your appointment, you can find the code to the keypad on your confirmation and reminder texts.
