Welcome to Physio-led Pilates at the Farm, held at the beautiful Bennetts Willow Barn Farm Café, just minutes from our Lower Wick clinic.
Whether you’re looking to improve your core strength, boost your flexibility, or support recovery from injury, our small-group Pilates classes are designed with your goals in mind. Since launching in early 2023, we’ve received fantastic feedback – and we’d love for you to experience the benefits for yourself.
With a maximum of 12 participants per class, you’ll receive personalised guidance in a supportive, relaxed environment. Each session is tailored by our experienced instructors, who specialise in both Pilates and injury rehabilitation. Not sure if it’s right for you? We’re happy to chat – just get in touch.
Led by Jade Burghart, Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Level 3 APPI* Instructor, these sessions are all about helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in how you move.
