Strength & Conditioning For runners

These classes were created in collaboration with Dan Geisler from Club Coaction to support Runners of all abilities with the Strength & Conditioning part of their training. The sessions target different aspects of Strength & Conditioning with the aim to improve Running performance whilst reducing risk of injury. They are delivered in small groups of just 8 people and are adaptable to suit any ability of Runner.

The classes run on Thursdays at 6.00pm & 7.00pm, and Fridays at 4.30pm.
