We support individuals recovering from all types of surgeries. The most common surgeries we see are ACL reconstruction, Knee replacement and Hip replacement.
Other common surgeries include joint arthroscopys, tendon tear repairs and pins/plates following fractures.
We simply require details about your surgery, and your surgeon's notes detailing any precautions/limitations to your daily activities e.g. no driving for 6-weeks.
With this information and following your assessment we are able to develop a tailored plan that will optimise your recovery and allow you to work towards your goals!

When I approached Worcester Physiotherapy Clinic I had pulled my hamstring on a 10K and I was feeling sorry for myself. Chloe immediately identified the severity of my problem, designed some exercises to help my recovery and measured my improvement over the recovery period. What was brilliant for me as an older runner is she assessed the state of my overall leg strength and advised me of exercises to keep me injury free as I return to running. If you are an older runner or getting back into running I would recommend you book an appointment and whether you have an injury or not I would use Worcester Physiotherapy Clinic to help you stay injury free and enjoy your running.

I made an appointment to see Ryan following a delibitating skiing injury and have received a long an intensive programme of rehabilitation focusing on my desire to return to running (and skiing) again, which at times was something I never though would be possible.
I have seen many different physios during my sporting career, but Ryans approach to rehab "clicked" for me as it was based on demonstrating measurable improvements; his support and reassurance was invaluable and helped to keep me positive when I was feeling low and frustrated.
Whilst it has taken a long time to recover, his treatment has enabled me to avoid surgery and I am now running again and will be skiing this season.

I came to Worcester Physiotherapy Clinic after experiencing severe knee pain within the first few minutes of running. After a few sessions with Chloe, and following her advice, my knee pain when running has completely gone and I’m back to my normal weekly mileage. My legs are stronger and I have learned to incorporate gym work into my weekly training. Thanks a lot Chloe!
