Strength & Conditioning Rehabilitation

Strength & Conditioning is the art of optimising your Physical Strength & Fitness to optimise your Health and Performance through a tailored training programme.
We typically deliver these sessions 1:1 (or in bespoke small groups) to give you maximum supervision, and optimal results.

We created this service as a transition following Physiotherapy. Our aims in Physiotherapy are to restore your function and get you back doing the things you love. When you return to those activities it’s imperative that you continue with your targeted rehabilitation plans to reduce your risk of injury recurrence, and maximise your performance.

Our 1:1 Strength & Conditioning service is a 12-session plan that takes your performance to another level. We’ll help you reach the best version of yourself, minimising injury risk and drawing out every bit of potential for you to go on and succeed in whatever sport or hobby you do.
