My interest in physiotherapy started during my early sporting career, particularly through playing rugby and working as a personal trainer. I completed my BSc at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2016.
Over the years I have gained a vast amount of experience working in the NHS across various physiotherapy specialities- within Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford. This includes intensive care, paediatrics, respiratory, musculoskeletal and neurology. This means I have a good all-round understanding and therefore can treat all my patients holistically.
I currently work full time as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Senior Physiotherapist within the NHS. I am up to date with the current evidence base and rehabilitation protocols. I really enjoy helping people recover from injury and return to their normal activities. I am particularly experienced in post-operative rehabilitation, for example: ACL reconstruction, spinal decompression, fracture fixation, rotator cuff repair, joint replacements, and arthroscopies to name a few.
Outside of work I enjoy running, CrossFit, hiking and Labradors!
