I have been a physiotherapist for over 10 years, graduating from St George’s University in 2013. Before that, I completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Brunel University.
After finishing my rotations at St George’s and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, I specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, developing a particular interest in sports injuries. My career has allowed me to work across a range of elite sports, including with British Canoeing, British Swimming, the Injured Jockeys Fund, and Warwickshire Women’s County Cricket Club.
In 2017, I was awarded a scholarship with the English Institute of Sport to complete an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham.
I’m someone who enjoys a challenge—both professionally and personally. I’ve completed an Ironman (Vichy) and continue to take part in marathons and trail runs. Outside of work, I love surfing (albeit badly!) and exploring in my campervan with my two young children—and my husband, who could be counted as a third child!
